SHEFF Food Picker
Food Automation Presents the SHEFF Food Picker Robot. This Robot is capable of picking condiments like sachets or cups randomly out of a crate. Even individual pieces of fruit or produce can be picked. The sachets do NOT need to be positioned in a specific order, because the sophisticated 3D-vision technology enables SHEFF to determine the individual sachets in the crate and pick the product in the most efficient way. SHEFF can be synchronised with various filling machines like flow packers, tray sealers, VFFS machine and index conveyors. The capacity can be anywhere between 30 up to 50 picks per minute depending on the product.

Solutions from 1 to 5 weighing lines, each scale is built in separate casing and the complete design is in stainless wit Protection factor IP67. The load cells are a stainless steel design with a IP67 protection class. The weighing buckets are produced in a special anti stick version and the opening of weighing buckets are pneumatic or motor-driven. The product transportation is designed via conveyor belts and high-power vibrators. Disassembly of the electrical, pneumatic and mechanical connections is can be don without the use of tools.
