MW XV L/LS for Frozen products

Designed for the gentle and accurate dosing of different kind of Frozen Products up to 300 mm of length such as fish, meat and poultry. After the small drop out of the weighing buckets onto the chutes, the products slide towards the optional padded up & down collecting hopper. After this the product slides into the collecting pan or directly into the packaging machine positioned underneath the Weighing machine.

MultiWeigh Mobile Solutions

MultiWeigh mobile solutions are perfectly suitable to be used at different packaging lines. The weigher is moved safely by the means of a “Power Trolley “.
The trolley is designed with an electro-hydraulic height adjustment to lower the weigher in cleaning position with good accessibility.

Easy Cleaning

MultiWeigh MW XV weighers from all series are easy to clean. All product contact parts can be removed without tools. The hoppers are placed at a washing wall for cleaning, which is integrated in the weigher gantry. The hoppers are open because of our spring less design which makes cleaning easier and cuts down cleaning time.
Bigger parts as outlet chutes are placed on a cleaning trolley. The most convenient solution is an automatic washing machine. The contact parts are placed into washing bins on moveable trolleys. The bins can be easy pushed into the washing machine.
A second set of product contact parts minimizes downtime and allows to carry on production with almost no stopping.
