SPECIAL MACHINE CONSTRUCTION
At the clients request we will do what is technically possible. For new projects we can offer you our expertise & experience gained in previous special designed solutions. Vacuum machines, machines for filling and packing liquid products, high speed machinery, clean design machinery for in High Care Areas or Header Card Machines in single & double filling pipe construction are some examples of what is all possible.
Dosing systems, volumetric and Gravimetric.
Besides high-performance packaging machines, we also offer additional accessories, such as volumetric dosing systems. Inno-tech screw feeders are used for precise dosing of a variety of powdery and fine granulated products. The servo- motor screw drive and the separately driven stirring unit in the hopper ensure maximum weight accuracy. The two-part metering funnel allows you quick and easy cleaning by quick access to the “guts”. Depending on the filling and packaging machine, the screw feeder has an autarkic SPS control with separate display or is integrated in the control of the packaging machine. Innotech also produces volume cup dosing systems, horizontal feeding augers and belt feeders.
REVO S Series, continuous High Speed
For highest performance, up to 250 cycles a minute, the Revo S Model might be the best choice. Off course it has all the standard Innotech features, but will be adapted to your specific project. The sealing can be done by a permanently heated sealing system or impulse sealing; even ultrasonic sealing is an option. This sealing is very reliable thanks to the high sealing jaw pressure of the cross jaws which are driven by a servo motor, variable opening width (storable in the program), adjustable welding and sealing pressures. REVO Series
Whether you need an entrance model like the REVO E or a machine of the REVO Series for more demanding tasks, Innotech will do the job. Some of the significant advantages of the REVO machine concept are the high quality of the welding/sealing system, which is the result of a drive that is reduced in weight and mass. Also the flexible adaptation of the construction height and innovative control system solutions are important features. The HVM, Horizontal Bag Closing Machine.
The combination of a horizontal bag closing machine HVM with integrated REVO bag maker(s) allows you to create large variety of bag types. The bags are filled either by the forming tube of the bag maker(s) or directly at the downstream HVM closing line. The machine can easily be adapted to different products. Powdery products can be packed almost dust free, and fragile products can be carefully filled directly from the weighing machine into the waiting prefabricated tubular bags. Head labelling, back labelling, hot glue, clip closure and various dosing and feeding modules, it is all possible

Different Packaging Styles
The Packaging machines from Inno-Tech will allow you to produce a big variety of bag styles. A few examples are; Pillow bags, Block Bottom bags, Bag Chains, Bags with flat top and flat bottom (single or double folded), Tetrahedron, Four side sealed bags, and Doy Style bags. Every Product has its own requirement. The Inno-Tech machines can also include a Header Card, a Zip Closure or a Clip Closure.
